Area Manager

We are partnering with an international, fast-growing retailer with an exciting expansion journey in the UK. As the business continues to grow its London presence, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Area Manager to take ownership of a high-performing portfolio of stores across the capital.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is ready to make a genuine impact within a growing international brand.

The Role
As Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance across a portfolio of London stores, leading and developing Store Managers and ensuring consistently high standards across your area.

You will:

Take full ownership of sales, profitability and KPI performance across your stores.
Lead, coach and inspire a team of Store Managers to deliver exceptional results.
Drive commercial excellence through strong analysis, action planning and performance management.
Ensure outstanding customer experience and operational standards across the area.
Identify opportunities for growth and continuously challenge your teams to improve.
Recruit, develop and retain high-performing retail talent.
Work closely with the wider leadership team to support the company's ambitious UK growth plans.
Champion the brand, culture and values across your area.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for a high-calibre retail leader with proven Area or Regional Management experience within a fast-paced, multi-site retail environment.

Ideally, you will have experience with retailers such as H&M, Inditex brands (including Zara, Massimo Dutti, Bershka or Pull&Bear), Mango, Uniqlo, or similar high-volume international retailers.

You will bring:

Proven experience managing multiple high-street stores.
Strong commercial and KPI-driven management skills.
A track record of developing Store Managers and building high-performing teams.
Experience working within a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
Strong understanding of London high-street retail.
Excellent communication, influencing and leadership skills.
A hands-on, energetic and entrepreneurial approach.
