Product Designer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Senior Product Designer to join a fast-paced, design-led business supplying trend-driven products to leading global retailers and brands.

This is a role for someone who thrives on innovation, loves spotting what's next and gets genuine satisfaction from turning ideas into commercially successful product. Working across a diverse portfolio, you'll be responsible for driving product development from concept through to customer presentation, collaborating closely with sales, sourcing, technical and development teams.

What you'll be doing
Leading the design and development of commercial fashion product ranges
Researching and presenting seasonal trends, product concepts and innovation opportunities
Creating inspiring customer presentations and supporting key client meetings
Managing development critical paths and overseeing sampling activities
Working closely with sourcing and product development teams to identify new product opportunities
Supporting and mentoring junior members of the design team
Building strong relationships across design, sales, technical and sourcing functions
Championing assigned brands and ensuring products meet both commercial and creative objectives

About you
You'll be a commercially minded designer with strong product development experience and a passion for creating exciting customer-focused collections.

You will bring:

Strong experience within product design or product development (ideally hosiery experience in there!)
Excellent trend awareness and commercial understanding
Experience leading projects from concept through to production
Strong presentation and communication skills
The confidence to work with multiple stakeholders and customers
A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members would be highly beneficial
